 Defend Your Political Rights, Political Rights Defend Fund (1975) The Political Rights Defend Fund was a grassroots organization founded in 1971 to combat the FBI, CIA, and other law enforcement/government agencies from surveilling and attempting to neutralize the Socialist Workers Party. Among the many sponsors of the fund were Ron Dellums, Ossie Davis, Ruby Dee, Noam Chomsky, Bobby Seale and Pete Seeger. |
